Supporting young people and adults with dyslexia and other neurodivergences (e.g. ADHD, dysgraphia, autism) and those who employ them. Thrive in the workplace and beyond.

1800 13 NEAP (6327) (Neurodivergence Employment Assistance Program) offers a free, confidential helpline that links individuals with dyslexia and other neurodivergent conditions to our programs. These programs, some of which are free provide work-based interventions to help employees address personal issues that may be affecting their performance at work and in their daily lives.

NEAP is grounded in a neuro-affirming framework that includes short-term professional learning and development services and group counselling, all designed to meet the unique needs of each neurodivergent individual.  Our team of workplace experts also have lived experiences of dyslexia and other neurodivergences, and deliver these services to ensure the best possible outcomes. In addition to supporting employees directly, NEAP also works with employers through training, coaching, and consultation services. Our team collaborates with managers,  supervisors and leadership teams to tackle organisational challenges and create a more inclusive and supportive workplace environment for all.
